Shore Hire’s 2023 Year in Review

As the year comes to a close, we want to reflect on some of our major achievements, which were made possible by the support of our invaluable customers, incredible suppliers, and of course, the exceptional Shore Hire team.

We officially partnered with Variety as our charity of choice and completed two Spin 4 Kids events:

Since we became an official partner of Variety, Shore Hire had the pleasure of participating in two Spin 4 Kids events in Newcastle and Sydney. Across these two events, we raised over $25,000 and at the Sydney event, Shore Hire’s Executive Chair, Luke Geelan, was the top individual fundraiser, and the Shore Hire team achieved the second-highest team kilometres pedalled.

Shore Hire is dedicated to continuing its partnership with Variety – the Children’s Charity for years to come, and looks forward to making an even greater impact on the lives of children in need.

We launched a range of free digital resources:

The Shore Hire team created and released a number of handy resources, including AutoCAD Blocks, Augmented Reality Apps, Conversion Tables, and Checklists.

We hope that our customers have downloaded and utilised these digital resources, and are looking forward to the many more we’ll be releasing in 2024!

We worked on some amazing projects:

There has been no shortage of incredible projects we’ve had the opportunity to be a part of this year.

From Murbko, where we jacked up a house to help a customer save on flood insurance, to Ebbw Vale, where we used over 250 Steel Tilt Props to support a retaining wall, and Sydney, where our Engineered Blocks were the only solution when a heritage listed facade needed to be saved.

We introduced a range of new cutting-edge products:

In line with Shore Hire’s values regarding continuous improvement and innovation, we introduced a range of products to help make our customers’ projects easier, safer, and superior.

Some of the products we launched in 2023 were our:
